Once you have a finalized drawing set, I can assist with developing an overall design package to propose and send out to vetted and skilled local contractors for bidding. This takes the pressure off of you and allows you understand your options when it comes to pricing your project.

Working with your town can at times be a complicated process to understand and manage. I act as a liaison between you, the client, and the town to fulfill any drawing requirements they need prior to construction.

I utilize a drawing visualization tool, Revit, to bring your ideas to life, digitally. I design your project within this tool to create 3D models for you to review. This process allows for better visualization of the project with a quick turnaround time related to edits or revisions you have during the schematic design phase. All copies are sent electronically which reduces paper waste and ink. Digitization is efficient and helps to keep your project on track.
